- Aluminum hourglass swage sleeve for 1/8" wire rope. The sleeve takes two passes of the rope through its figure of eight bore, so it closes an eye or joins two ropes without a knot and without clips. Crimped on with a swaging tool, 3 crimps along its 5/8" length, which flows the aluminum into the lay of the rope and holds it. Aluminum on galvanized or bright steel rope. Sold in bags of 10.
